Stafford and District Age Concern are running an exercise class in the hall

                       Mondays from 3.30 to 4.30 p.m.

The classes will be run by qualified instructors and will provide safe physical exercise for the older person and advice on healthy nutrition.

                       the cost will be only £1.50 per session
